There has been a lot of interest in doing another women’s Parkour workshop, so here we go!

This time, the gym has finished it’s construction, so we will have lots more to play with! With this two hour workshop we will help you expand what it is to move and explore. We will teach you how to maneuver vaults, scaffolding, walls, and other obstacles! No experience necessary to join us for some fun and exercise!

The class will be taught by Legacy Parkour’s (Portland parkour street team members) Jevin Dulak and Chris Miller. It will be held at Oregon’s parkour gym Revolution Parkour in Beaverton.

On February 25th from 4-6pm. All women ages 14 to 65 are welcome. No previous athletic ability required.

Come 10 minutes early if it’s your first time to fill out a RVPK waiver.

The workshop is $10 if you pre-register, or $15 at the door. Click here to pre-register and then go to the “Events” tab.

We have a bunch of new equipment in the gym but very little of it has a name. That is where we need your help. For the next week we will be posting photos of the new structures and we need your help giving them cool nicknames. Think large scale as we already nickname parts of structures by height. For instance the 7 foot Parkube is often referred to as the “7 footer” but now we have two, so which one does the instructor mean?!

Another for instance: All of our vaults have names like Antique, Black Widow, Shin Breaker, Beast etc.

Alright, so first photo. What should we call this area? This includes the 3 1/2 foot, 7 1/2 foot and 10 foot Parkubes with planter style gaps and the large hollow doorway on the right.
