The Revolution Parkour Academy was founded in 2008 as one of the country’s first Parkour schools. Dedicated to teaching Parkour by David Belle, we balance the teaching of proper Parkour technique along with its philosophy and purpose, with training the physical condition comprised of strength, range of motion, aerobic endurance, bone density, joint alignment, and structural efficiency. Whether learning, training, or performing, Parkour is first and foremost always safe, and keeping our students injury free through proper training and instruction is our number one priority. Led by head instructor and Parkour professional Adam Dunlap, Revolution Parkour is now the largest Parkour gym in the United States. Please note that all students are required to fill out the Revolution Parkour Class Waiver, Revolution Parkour Medical Questionnaire, the Revolution Parkour Emergency Care Authorization Form before attending class. Waivers are always available for students before class. If a student is under 18 years old the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
